X.d This Indenture made the seventeenth Day of April in the
       Year of our Lord One thousand Seven Hundred and Forty one
       Between Andrew Scott of Prince Georges County Chyrurgeon
       and Mary his wife one of the Daughters and Devisees of William
       Hutchinson late of the said County deceased of the One Part and
       George Attwood of the County aforesaid Gentleman of the Other Part
       Witnesseth that the said Andrew Scott and Mary his wife for and
       in Consideration of the sum of Five Shillings Currant Money of
       Maryland to him the said Andrew Scott in Hand paid by the said
       George Attwood the Receipt whereof the said Andrew Scott doth
       hereby Acknowledge and Him the said George of every Part and
       Parcell thereof Doth hereby Acquit He the said Andrew Scott and
       Mary his wife Have Granted Bargained Sold Aliened and
       Confirmed and by these presents do Grant Bargain Sell
