       Reversion and Remainder of in all & Singular to a
       tract or dew deed of Land lying and being in Ann Arundell
       County in the Province of Maryland and on the
       south side of Patapsco River and near the head of the
       said River & near the mill run beginning at a bounded
       oak standing at the End of the south & by West line
       of a parcell of Land Called the old mans folley & running
       West south west sixty six perches then South three
       Degrees East forty two perches then South Eighty five
       Degrees East two Hundred & sixty two perches then
       North twenty five degrees West Eighty two perches then
       with a strait line to the first bounded oak Containing
       & laid out for one hundred Acres of Land Called the
       Neglect Together with all houses & houses Gardens &
       Orchards Pastring wares waters Watercourses wood
       trees timber trees with the ground & soil with all & Singular
       the Benefits Priveledges and the Appurts thereunto belonging
       or anyways appertaining To have & to
       hold all & singularly the Heir by bargained Land &
       premisses with every part and parcell thereof granted as
       aforesaid unto the aforesaid John Cole his Heirs Executors &
       Adm.rs or assignes for ever & for no other use interest or purpose
       whatsoever And I the said John Chasens for me my Heirs
       Executors ^&^ Adm.rs doth further Covenant promise & grant
       to and with the said John Cole his Heirs Exec.rs Adm.rs &
       assignes by these presents that he the said John Chasens
       his Heirs Exec.rs Adm.rs the Heir by bargained Land &
       Premises & every part and parcell thereof to him
       the said John Cole his Heirs Exec.rs and Assignes him the
       said John Chasens his Heirs Exec.rs & Adm.rs of & from all  
       persons & persons whatsoever lawfully Claiming by
