       and appurtaining To Have and to hold all and singular
       the premisses with the Appurtenances to him the said George
       Howard his heires and assignes for ever And the said Benjamin
       Elet for himselfe his heires Exec.rs and adm.rs Doth hereby
       Covenant and agree to and with the said George Howard
       his heires and Assigns That he the said Benjamin Elit at
       the time of the Ensealing and Delivery of these presents
       Hath Good right and lawfull Authority to sell and Convey
       the said parcell of Land with the Appurtenances And that
       the said George Howard his heires and assigns shall and
       May for ever hereafter have hold and peacablely possess and
       Injoy the said Land and premisses without any Interruption
       or hinderance of him the said Benjamin Elet his
       heires Exec.rs Adm.rs or assigns And that the same is free
       and Clear from all Incumberances whatsoever And the
       said Benjamin Elet for himself his heires Exec.rs and Adm.rs
`      Doth by these presents further Covenant and agree to and
       with and with the said George Howard his heires and
       Assigns that he the said Benjamin Elet his heires Exec.rs
       Adm.rs from time to time and at all times for ever hereafter
       shall and will warrant and Defend the said parcell of
       Land of from and against Any Claim title Interest or
       Demand of him the said Benjamin Elet his heired Exec.rs
       & Adm.rs And all other persons whatsoever without any
       Execution or resurvation unto him the said George Howard
       his heired and assignes for ever as aforesaid The rents
       and services hereafter to Grow due to the Lord propry or
       Other Chief lord or lords of the premisses onely excepted and
       foreprized In Witness whereof the said Benjamin
       Elet hath hereunto sett his hand and seal the day
       and year first above written
                                                       Benjamin Elit   seal

       On the back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorst Viz.t
