211) After his bequest of four Hundred Acres part thereof Given to his Youngest son William Harris was taken Out; And to her heires Lawfully begotten of her body And for want of such an heire to his son Richard Harris As in and by the said William Harris recited last will & testament relation being thereunto had May More plainly Appear But so it is that the said Benjamin Elet party to these presents is the Lawfull Heire begotten of the body of the aforesaid Elinor And the said Benjamin is of full age Compus Mentis &c to Inheritt the aforesaid Land and Premisses so as before Given to the aforesaid Elinor And Whereas the aforesaid John Darrumple & Elinor his wife Mother of the aforesaid Benjamin Elet By their Certain Deed Indented bearing Date the 20.th of July Anno Dom 1738 Did for the Consideration therein Mentioned Give Grant Bargain & sell unto the said Benjamin Elet all that the aforesaid Two Hundred Acres of Land & Premisses with the Appurtenances part of the aforesaid six Hundred Acres of Land lying in Baltimore County Called Friend ship as aforesaid As in and by the said recited Deed remaining on record Amongst the records of Baltimore County Court relation being there unto Had may More fully and at Large Appear By means of all which premisses the aforesaid Two Hundred Acres of Land became and it is the sole right and poperty of the aforesaid Benj.a Elet his heires or assigns for ever to sell swap or any other way Dispose off Now This Indenture further Witnesseth that the said Benjamin Elet for and in Consideration of the sum of sixty pounds sterling Money of Great Brittain & the sum of fifty shillings Currant Money to him in hand paid or secured to be paid by the above said George Howard He ^the^ said Benjamin Elet hath Granted Bargained and sold And by these presents Doth Grant Bargain & sell unto the said George Howard All that the aforesaid Two Hundred Acres of Land & premisses being the remaining part of the aforesaid Tract of six Hundred Acres Lying in Baltimore County aforesaid Called Friendship as aforesaid With all Buildings and Improvements And also all profitts and appurtenances thereunto belonging |
