       Burc Hutchins                     County the within Names Benjamin Elet
                                              And Acknowledged the within written Indenture
       to be his Act & Deed And the Land & premisses Mentioned to
       be hereby Granted Bargained and sold to be the right of the
       within Named George Howard his heires & Assignes for ever According  
       to the true Intent & Meaning of the same Indenture In testimony
       Whereof wee have hereunto Subscribed Our Names as Abovesaid
