Ex.d This Indenture Made the Twentieth Day of December
       In the Year of our Lord God One Thousand seven Hundred
       and forty Between Benjamin Elet of Calvert County
       in the Province of Maryland Planter of the One part and
       George Howard of the same County and province of the other
       Part Witnesseth that Wheareas a Certain William Harris
       formerly of the County and province afs.d Dece.d in his life
       time was seized and possessed of a Tract of Land lying in
       Baltimore County Called Friend ship Containing six Hundred
       Acres More or less As p his Lordshipp the Lord proprys Grant
       or pattent for the same remaining on Record in his Lordshipps
       land office at the Citty of Annapolis May appear Did by his
       last Will and Testament in writing Duely proved Give and
       bequeath Unto his Daughter Elinor Harris (Now the wife of
       a Certain John Dorrumple and Mother to the Above named
       Benjamin Elet) Two Hundred Acres of Land being
       the remaining part of the aforesaid Tract of six Hundred Acres
