206 Kennedy's Adventure Beginning at a bounded marked Spanish Oak standing on the East Side of Main branch of North East River over against or rather below the plantation of Nathan Baker running from the said Spanish Oak South thirty Degrees Easterly forty Perches thence South five Deegrees Easterly one hundred Perches thence South fifty four Degrees Easterly forty Perches then North Sixty three Degrees Easterly forty Eight Perches then East twelve Perches thence South fifty Degrees Easterly forty Perches then East twenty Perches then North ten degrees Easterly two hundred & twenty Perches then East one hundred & fifty Perches then North one hundred & Ninety Perches then West two hundred & ten Perches then South twenty degrees Westerly two hundred & fifty four Perches then by a Streight & direct line to the first beginning Spanish Oak containing & laid out for five hundred Acres of Land more or Less as by the said Patent remaining on Record in the Land Office of the s.d Province Viz.t in Lib.r C In foll.o 209 270 relation being thereunto had will now fully & at large Appear Now this Indenture Witnesseth that the said Henry Bennett & Margarett his Wife & Eliz.a Kennedy for & in Consideration of the Sum of One hundred & fifty Pounds Current money to them in hand Paid by the said Henry Baker the receipt whereof they & every of them do hereby Acknowledge & thereof & of every Part & Parcell thereof doth Acquit Release & discharge the said Henry Baker by these Presents have bargained & Sold & by these Presents do bargain & Sell unto the s.d Henry Baker all the af.d Tract & Parcell of Land together with all Tenements hereditaments Proffit Comodities & Advantages whatsoever to the said Tract of Land belonging (or) |
