       Remainder & Remainders Rents Issues & Proffits of all and
       Singular the said Premisses & of Every Part & Parcell thereof
       with the Appurtenances & all the Estate right title Interest
       Claim & demand whatsoever of them the said Henry Bennett
       & Margarett his Wife & Eliz.a Kennedy of in & to the said Tract
       of Land & Premisses & every Part & Parcell thereof together
       with all Deeds Wrightings & Evidences touching or Concerning
       the said Premisses or any Part thereof To have & to hold the
       af.d Tract of Land together with all & Singular other the
       Premisses herein before mentioned or intended to be
       hereby Granted & every Part & Parcell thereof w.th their
       & every of their Appurtenances unto the said Henry Baker his
       heirs & Assigns to the only Proper use & behoofe of him the s.d
       Henry Baker his heirs & Assigns for ever & the said Henry
       Bennett & Margarett his Wife & the s.d Eliz.a Kennedy for
       them selves & their heirs the said mentioned granted
       Premisses with the Appurtenances af.d unto the s.d Henry
       Baker his heirs & Assigns against them the said Henry
       Bennett & Margarett his Wife & Eliz.a Kennedy & their
       heirs shall Warrant & for ever defend by these Presents In
       Witness whereof the Parties af.d to these Presents have
       hereunto Interchangably set their hands & Seals the Day &
