       Brice his Heirs & Assignes All that Tract or Parcell of Land originally
       taken up by Robert Lusby late of Co.ty af.d deced called Lusby Containing
       fifty Acres of Land more or less & by a Patent Granted to a Certain
       John Campbell on a resurvey made by a Certain Robert Jubb
       late of said County the af.d Tract of Land by including surplus
       contains one hundred & forty Nine Acres of Land more or less &
       in the af.d Patent is called Campbells Purchase together with all &
       Singular the Woods Underwoods fences Gardens Yards Orchards
       Houses & Appurtenances thereto belonging or in any wise appertaining
       To have and to hold the said Tract of Land by whatever
       Name it may be called with all & Singular the Premisses
       & Appurtenances unto him the said John Brice his Heirs and
       Assignes to the only proper Use of him the said John Brice his Heirs
       & Assignes & to no other Use Intent or Purpose whatsoever And the
       said Benjamin Fowler & Hellen his Wife for themselves their Heirs
       Executors and Adm.rs Covenant & Agree to & with the said John
       Brice his Heirs Executors Adm.rs & Assignes that they the said Benjamin
       Fowler & Hellen his Wife the said Tract of Land & Premisses with
       all & Singular the Appurtenances unto him the said John
       Brice his Heirs & Assignes as well against them the said Benj.a
       Fowler & Hellen his Wife as against all Persons claiming by
       from or under them or either of them (except Jubb Fowler and
       his Heirs) shall & will warrant & for Ever defend by these Presents
       & also against Jubb Fowler untill he arrives to the Age of twenty
       one Years In Witness whereof the Parties to these Presents have
       hereunto set their hands & Seals the Day & Year first above written

    Robert Gordon            On the back of the aforegoing Deed was thus
