       What nature or kind soever and all other Demands whatsoever
       whereof or whereto I know have or hereafter can have any Right
       or Claim whatsoever as widdow to my said Late husband and also
       to Settle or Joyn in Settling all or any Accounts which may be now
       or hereafter shall be depending of of Concerning my said Husbands
       Estate and also to bound Limit and ascertain or agree to the bounds
       Limits and Extent of all such Parts or shares of all my said Husbands
       Messuages Lands Tenements & Hereditaments as shall be allotted to
       me in Right of my Dower to the said Messuages Lands Tenements
       and Hereditaments and into all and Every of them to enter make
       leases and receive the Rent or Rents thereof Giving & Granting
       by these Presents to my said attorney my full & Lawfull
       Power & Authority in the Execution and Performance of all & singular
       the Premisses and to make any Composition or Agreement for or
       Concerning the Premisses and to make Seal and deliver any discharge
       or acquittance for me & in my name as shall be requisite and
       Generally to do Determine and Execute all and every such further &
       other Lawfull and reasonable Act or Acts Devise or Devises
       whatsoever which in and about the Premisses shall to my s.d
       attorney seem fit to be done as fully and Amply as if I my
       self might or could do if personally Present Ratifying allowing
       and Confirming whatsoever my said attorney shall Lawfully do
       or cause to be done in my name by force hereof In Witness
       whereof I have to these Presents set my hand & Seal this twelfth
       day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred
       & thirty Seven                                                         her
