X.d Ann Arundell County fs   To all Christian People to whom these
       Presents shall come I Eliz.a Cockey widdow and relict of Thom.s Cockey
       late of the said County Gent deceased send Greeting Whereas
       I am Entituled by Law to have recover and receive of and from the
       Ex.r or Ex.rs of my said late Husband deceased one third Part of his
       Personal Estate whereof he died Possessed and also a like full third
       of Debts Rights and Credits due to him at the time of his decease and
       also of one third Part of all his Lands Tenements and Hereditaments
       whereof he was seized of any Estate of Inheritance at the time of
       his decease as my Right of Dower therein and whereas through age
       and Infirmity of body I may be Incapable of Ascertaining Setling
       and receiving all that shall appear to be or is Justly due & owing
       and is my Right to have and Enjoy for or by reason of Such my
       Rights to claim herein before mentioned Now know ye that for
       the more spedy settling recovering and receiving what shall or
       may appear to be my Right and Just due for or by reason of the
       Premisses I the said Elizabeth Cockey have made ordained Constituted
       and Appointed and by these Presents do make ordain Constitute &
       Appoint my Loving son in Law Robert Boone of Ann Arundell County
       Planter my true and Lawful Attorney for me and in my name
       & to my own Proper use and behoofe to Ask Demand and require
       sue for recover and receive of and from the Executor or Exec.rs
       of my late Husband deceased and Every Person & Persons
       Whatsoever who shall receive recover or get possession of any
       Part or Parcel of my late Husbands Personal Estate all such
       Sum of or Sums of money Goods Merchandizes and Chattles of
