       Ninety eight Perches to a bounded white oak standing in
       the Intersection of M.r Robert Jubbs Line and running with
       his line south ninety Perches then west thirty Eight Perches
       then west and by south forty Eight Perches to the Mouth of
       a Gutt at severn River then South nine Degrees west seventy
       four Perches to Bemans Point then with the River and
       Streight Line to the first Tree Containing and now Laid
       out for two hundred and Eighty Acres of Land more or Less
       and also all Lands Trees Woods Underwoods Tithes Commons
       Common Pasturage Profits Commodities advantages Hereditaments
       ways waters and appurtenances whatsoever to the said
       Messuage or Tract of Land and Premisses above mentioned
       belonging or anyways appertaining and also the Reversion
       and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents & Services
       of the said Premisses and of every Part thereof and all
       the Estate Right Title Interest Claim and Demand whatsoever
       of him the said Benjamin Tasker of in and to the
       said Messuage and Tract of Land and all and singular the s.d
       Premisses above mentioned and every part and parcel
       thereof To have and to hold the said Messuage
       and Tract of Land and all and singular the premisses
       above mentioned and every Part and Parcel thereof
       with the appurtenances unto the said Charles Hammond
       his heirs and assigns To the only Proper use & behoof
       of the said Charles Hammond his heirs & assignes forever
       And the said Benjamin Tasker for him and his heirs
       the said Messuage and Tract of Land and Premisses
