       hundred and thirty six by his Lordship the Right
       Honourable the Lord Proprietary Granted and Confirmed
       to the said Benjamin Tasker and Called the Prospect
       to Annapolis as afd Begining at three bounded Locust
       Trees standing by the River side in the said Taskers
       Pasture on the North side of severn River M.r Carrolls
       Point in Annapolis bearing from the said Locusts South
       sixty eight Degrees and a half West and Running from
       the said three Locusts south sixty five and a have Deg.s
       East thirty eight Perches with the River and bounding on
       the River and Creek from thence south seventy Seven
       degrees East sixteen Perches then North East and by East
       sixteen Perches thence Cross a Cove North sixty seven and
       a half Degrees East fifty eight Perches then south Eighty
       nine Degrees East ten Perches then north twenty degrees
       West twenty five Perches then North twenty four degrees
       East forty three Perches then North sixty four Degrees
       west Twelve Perches then north sixteen degrees west
       fifty Perches then North fifty four degrees west Ten
       Perches then North seventy five degrees East twenty two
       Perches then North fifty two degrees west thirty Perches
       then south Eighty two degrees west fourteen Perches
