       and every Part thereof against him and his heirs and
       against all and every other Person and Persons whatsoever
       to the said Charles Hammond his heirs and signs shall
       and will Warrant and forever defend by these presents
       In Witness whereof the said partie first to these Presents
       hath hereunto set his hand and seal the day and

       Benjamin Tasker being Privately Examined out
       of the hearing of her said husband declared that she
