                            This Indenture made this first day of
       January in the Year of our Lord God one thousand seven
       hundred forty & forty one Between The Honourable
       Benjamin Tasker of the City of Annapolis in Ann Arund.ll
       County and Province aforesaid Esq.r of the one part and
       The Honourable Charles Hammond of the County and
       Province afores.d Esquire of the Other part Witnesseth
       that the said Benjamin Tasker for and in Consideration
       of the sum of Two hundred and forty pounds Sterling mony
       of Great Britain to him in hand paid by the said
       Charles Hammond at and before the sealing and Delivery
       of these presents the Receipt whereof he the s.d Benj.a Tasker
       doth hereby Acknowledge he the said Benjamin Tasker
       Hath Granted Bargained and sold aliened and Confirmed
       and by these Presents Doth Grant Bargain sell
       alien and Confirm unto the said Charles Hammond
       his heirs and assigns for Ever All that Messuage
       and Tract of Land Scituate Lying and being on the
       North side of severn River in the County aforesaid
       Called the Prospect to the City of Annapolis
       (But formerly being two several Tracts of Land the
       one Called Durands Place Containing one hundred
       Acres and the other Called Woolchurches Rest
       Containing one hundred and Ten Acres which Two
       Tracts of Land were resurveyed for and in the name
       of the said Benjamin Tasker and reduced into one
       Intire Tract of Land with the surplus therein
       Included and on the third day of June seventeen
