194 Province of Maryland and if it should appear that the said Jacob should Die or be Killed in the Expectation aforesaid then To have & to hold the said tract of Land and Premisses to him the said Henry Jinn for and during the term of his Natural life and after his decease To have & to hold the same to Jacob Qilathias Jinn now youngest son of the said Henry his heirs and assigns &c each of the [illegible] for Ever and to no other Use intent or Purpose whatsoever And the s.d Henry Jinn doth hereby for himself his heirs Extors Adm.rs and Assigns Covenant promise Grant and Agree to and with the said Jacob that he and they shall and will during his and their tenure and Occupation of the s.d Land pay and disch.a the Quit rents due and hereafter to become due to the Lord prop.ry as reserved in the Patent afd and shall and will at the return of the said Jacob Mathias Minsher Deliver up Quiet possession of the said tract of Land with all the Improvements that now are or hereafter shall be thereon to him the said Jacob In Witness whereof the s.d parties have hereunto set their hands and Seals the day and year first above written Jacob Mat Minsher seal Sealed and Delivered In presence of Henry Jinn seal McGough John Thompson 4 1/2 Under the above was thus Written Sep.t 5.th 174 Then Came before Me the Subscriber one of his Lops Just of the Prov.ll Court the above parties and Acknowledged the above Instrum.t to be their Act and Deed according to Act of Assembly Robert Gordon Recorded Dec.r 19.th 1740 |
