182) for himself his heirs Ex.rs & Adm.rs unto the said Benedict Bourdillon his heirs & Assigns for ever all that Tract or Parcell of Land being one Moiety of a Tract of Land called Bonds Pleasant Hills containing two hundred acres lying in Baltimore County on the East side of Gwins Run; the said Moiety beginning at the first Bounded Tree of the said Tract called Bonds Pleasant Hills & running thence South twenty Seven Degrees West Sixty Perches thence North West Sixty Perches thence South Seventy five Degrees & thirty Minuts West Seventy Perches to the end of the North fifteen Degrees & thirty Minuts West One hundred & forty Perches Line of the Original Survey then reversing the said line North fifteen Degrees & thirty Minutes East one hundred & forty Perches then East one hundred Perches then to the first Tree Containing One hundred Acres of Land more or less To have & to hold the said Tract of Land together with all & Singular the Rights Proffits benefits Priviledges Appurtenances & Improvements thereunto belonging or in any wise Appertaining unto him the said Benedict Bourd Bourdillon his heirs & Assigns for ever free from & clear of all Manner of Incumbrances whatsoever (the Rents & Services that shall become due hereafter to the Lord Prop.ry only Excepted) And he the said Peter Johnson for himself his heirs Ex.rs & Administrators does Covenant Promise Grant & agree to & with the said Benedict Bourdillon his heirs & Assigns that he shall & will for ever Warrant & defend the said Tract or Parcell of Land & all other the bargained Premisses from all manner of Incumbrances whatsoever as also against all manner of Persons whatsoever claiming or to claim any Right Title or Interest thereunto at his or their Proper Charge to the said Benedict Bourdillon his heirs (And) |
