       Do hereby for them selves their heirs Ex.rs & Adm.rs Covenant Promise
       Grant & Agree to & with the said John Bickerston his heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs
       & Assigns that they the said Joseph Ennalls & Mary his Wife their
       heirs Ex.rs & Adm.rs shall & will now & at all times hereafter unto
       him the said John Bickerton his heirs Ex.rs & Adm.rs the af.d two hund.d
       Acres of Land & Premisses Warrant & for ever Defend against them
       the said Joseph Ennalls & Mary his Wife & from & against all
       Persons whatsoever Claiming by from or under them or from by
       or under him the said Thomas Haskins his Executors or Adm.rs
       or any of them & shall & will at any time hereafter make do
       Acknowledge & Execute any further or other Act or Acts thing or
       things Conveyance or Conveyances as the said John Bickerton
       his heirs or Assigns or his or their Council learned in the Law
       shall Acknowledge & reasonably Advise Devise or require
       at the Cost & Charges of him the said John Bickerton so as they
       Contain in them no further or larger Covenants then are in
       these Presents Expressed & so as the Parties to Execute the
       Same be not Compelled to travel from their Respective Abodes
       for that Purpose for the better & more Effectual Conveying &
       Assuring the Premisses af.d to him the said John Bickerton
       his heirs & Assigns for ever According to the true Intent &
       Meaning of these Presents In Witness whereof the Parties
       above mentioned have hereunto Set their hands & Seals the
       Day & Year first Above Written
