       by his last Will & Testament duly Executed & recorded among other things therein
       mentioned ordered & Directed that the following Parcel of Land should be
       Sold for the benefit of his Son Joseph as by his said Will on Record Appears
       This Indenture therefore Witnesseth that the said Joseph Ennalls &
       Mary his Wife in their Capacitys aforesaid & by Virtue of the Power to the said
       Mary by the said Will given for & in Consideration of the Sum of Sixty five
       Pounds Sterling to them in hand paid on Secured to be paid by the said
       John Bickerston the receipt whereof they do hereby Acknowledge &
       thereof & of every Part & Parcel thereof do hereby Acquit & for Ever
       Discharge the said John Bickerston his heirs Ex.rs & Adm.rs have & by
       these Presents do grant Bargain & Sell Alien Enfeoff & Confirm unto
       him the said John Bickerston all that Parcell of Land whereon the
       said Thomas Haskins formerly did live lying & being in Ann.ll County
       af.d being Part of a Tract of Land called Hunts Chance beginning
       on the South Side of the Main Run that lyeth on the South Side
       of the Plantation where William Hunt formerly dwelt & runing
       from the said Run South to a marked White Oak & from
       the said White Oak three hundred & twenty Perches West to a
       Marked White Oak on the side of a hill where the Southermost
       bounded Trees of the af.d Divident of Land & running from the s.d
       last Oak North to the main Run & so running Easterly as
       the Run Lyeth to the said Hunts first Line containing by
       Estimation two hundred Acres of Land as in & by a Deed of
       Conveyance from W.m Russell to Col William Holland & duly
       Recorded Appears together with all Houses out Houses
       Edifices Buildings & Improvements thereon being or to the
       Same belonging or in any wise Appertaining To have & to
       hold the said two hundred Acres of Land with the Premisses
       & other the Appurtenances thereunto belonging to the Said John
       Bickerston his heirs & assigns for ever & to his & their own
       Proper use & behooff & to no other use Intent or Purpose
       whatsoever & the said Joseph Ennalls & Mary his Wife
