       Belonging due to the Lord of the Fee only foreprized & Excepted) & of and
       from all Other Claims intanglem.ts of what Nature or kind soever and
       further he the said Richard for himself & his heirs &c.a the s.d three Parcells
       of Land & Premisses with the Appurtenances & Every Part & Parcell
       thereof w.th all & Singular the improvem.ts Cultivations & Conveniencies
       of Nature & kind soever as well ag.t him the said Richard & his heirs
       &c.a as ag.t all & every Other Person or Persons claiming or to Claime
       any Estate Right Title or Interest therein unto him the said Martin
       his Heirs & Assigns shall & will Warr.t & forever Defend by these
       Presents And Lastly that he the said Richard or his heirs &c.a at any
       time when thereunto reasonably requested so it be at the Proper Costs &
       Charges in the Law of the said Martin shall make do acknowledge     
       Suffer & Execute all such further Acts things & assurances in the Law
       Whatever for the better Establishm.t & Sure making of the af.d Land &
       Premisses & Appurtenances to the af.d Martin his heirs & Assigns af.d &
       forever as by the said Martin his heirs &ca or his or their Councill &
       learned in the Law shall Devise Advise or require In Witness whereof
       the said Richard Johns & Margarett his wife have hereunto Set their
       hands & affixed their Seales the Day & year above Written
       Signed Sealed & delivered                              Rich.d Johns of Ang^e^lica

          On the Back of the aforegoing deed was thus Indorst Viz.t
          Memorand.m that on the 19.th Day of June 1740 Came before the
       Subscribers two of his Lordships Justices of the Peace for the County
       of Calvert the within named Richard Johns & Acknowledged the
       Within Deed According to the Directions of the Act of Assembly in
       Such Cases made & Provided & the Land & Premisses within mentioned
       to be the Right of the Within Named Martin Fisher his heirs
       & Assigns for ever & at the Same time Came Margarett the wife of
       the said Richard who being Seperately Examined and out of the hearing
       of her husband did Freely Confess that she gave up all her right
