168 One hundred & fifty Six Acres of Land being Part or Parcell of three Tracts of Land the One Called Birkheads Chance Begining at a bounded Hickory and Runing for Bredth by a Line drawn West North West Ninety Perches to a Bounded Black Oak and from the said Oak South West to another bounded Oak & from the said Oak East South East till it intersect w.th John Wilsons Land then by the said Wilsons Line North North East to the first Bounded tree Containing & laid out for fifty Acres of Lands more or less The Other being Part of a tract or Parcell Land Called Birkheads Parcell being one hundred Acres and Bounded as follows Viz.t Begining at a marked Oak Standing on the West Side of a Great Swamp Near a pond Bounding on the South by a Line Drawn West North West from the said Oak for length three hundred & Twenty Perches to a marked Oak by a Swamp & from the said Oak for Breadth North North East fifty Perches to a Black Oake & from the said Oak for length East South East three hundred & Twenty Perches to a marked Oak & from the said Oak to the first marked tree Containing & laid Out for one hundred Acres of Land The Other & last of the Tracts ^of Land^ Called Birkheads Addition being Part of a Tract of Land called Bersheba Begining in the said Birkheads line where the Westward Line of Beadsworth Land Called Bersheba endeth & running for breadth Twenty one Perches South South West from thence East South East forty Eight perches from thence North North East twenty one Perches w.ch reacheth s.d Birkhead Line Containing Six Acres of land To have & to hold the said three Parcells of Land & Premisses w.th Appurtenances & Every Part & Parcell thereof unto him the said Martin Fisher his heirs & Assignes forever & to the Only Proper use & behoof of him the said Martin his Heirs & Assigns for ever more & to use Intent or Purpose Whatsoever & the said Richard Johns doth further Covenant & Agree for himself his Heirs Ex.rs & Adm.rs to & w.th the said Martin & his heirs &c.a that he the said Richard & his Heirs &c.a shall & well forever hereafter defend & Save Harmless the Said Martin & his heirs &c.a & the Land & Premisses af.d of & from all former Bargains Sales Joyntures Dowers Statutes Judgm.ts Rent charges Arrearages of rent (the Rents & Services belonging |
