       & Acknowledged the with Deed of Gift to be his Act & Deed for the uses Intents

Ex.d Maryland fs.t To all Christian People to whom these Presents shall
       Come I Jacob Andrew Minitree of Charles County in the Province af.d
       Carpenter send Greeting in our Lord God Everlasting Know yee that I ^the Said^ Jacob
       Andrew Minitree as well for & in Consideration of the Naturall affection &
       fatherly Love which I bear to well beloved Daughter Mary Minitree as also
       for Divers Other Good Causes & Considerations one hereunto especially moveing
       have Given Granted & Confirmed & by these Presents do give Grant &
       Confirm unto my said Daughter Mary Minitree One Negro Woman named
       Sue & her future Increase (Except the first Child which the Said Negro woman
       shall bear) to have & to hold the Said Negro Woman & her future Increase
       (Except as before Excepted) unto her the Said Mary Minitree her Heirs &
       Executors Administrators and Assignes for the Severall uses Intents &
       Purposes following that is to Say the Said Negro woman to be the Right &
       Property of the Said Mary Minitree her Ex.rs Adm.rs & Assignes at her Age of
       Sixteen Years Day of Marriage or Day of my Death which shall first
       happen & in Case she shall happen to Dye before she attains to her Age of Sixteen
       Day of Marriage or Day of my Death then the Said Negro to be the Right &
       Property of Jacob Andrew Minitree his Heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs & Assignes at the
       Age of Twenty one years or Day of my Death which shall first happen
       in Case of his Death before he attains his said Age of Twenty one years or the
       Day of My Death then to be the right & Property of Elizabeth Minitree her
       heirs Executors Adm.rs & Assigns at the Age of Sixteen Years Day of her Marriage
       or Day of My Death which shall first happen & in Case of her Death before
       the said Age of Sixteen Years Day of Marriage or Day of My Death
       the Said Negro woman to be the Sole Right & Property of me the Said Jacob
       Andrew Minitree  my heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs & Assignes forever & to & for no other
       use Intent or Purpose whatsoever & the Said Jacob Andrew Minitree the Said
       Negro woman & her future Increase (Except before Excepted) unto the Said
       Mary Minitree her Heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs & assignes Against all Persons whatsoever
       will Warrant & for ever Defend by these Presents In Witness whereof
