Ex.d Maryland fs.t To all Christian People these Presents shall Come
       I Jacob Andrew Minitree of Charles County in the Province aforesaid
       Carpenter Send Greeting in our Lord God Everlasting Know Yee that
       I the Said Jacob Andrew Minitree as well for & in Consideration of the
       Naturall Affection & Fatherly Love which I bear unto my well beloved
       Son Jacob Andrew Minitree Junior as also for Divers Other Good Causes
       and Considerations me hereunto especially moveing Have given Granted
       & by these Presents do give grant & Confirm unto the Said Jacob Andrew
       Minitree Junior One Negro Man Named Cooper to have & to hold the
       Said Negro man unto him the Said Jacob Andrew Minitree Jun.r his Heirs
       Executors Administrators and Assigns for the Severall Uses Intents and
       Purposes following that is to Say the Said Negro Man to be the Right and     
       Property of the Said Jacob Andrew Minitree Jun.r his Heirs Ex.rs & Assigns
       at his Age of Twenty one years of the Day of my Death which shall
       first happen & in Case he shall happen to Dye before he Arrives to the
       Said Age of Twenty One Years or Day of my Death then the Said Negro
       to be the property & Right of my Daughter Mary Minitree her Heirs Executors
       Administrators & Assigns at her Age of Sixteen years Day of Marrige
       or Day of my Death which shall first happen & in Case of her Death
       before she arrives to the Age of Sixteen Years Day of Marriage or Day
       of My Death then the Said Negro man to be the right of my Daughter
       Elizabeth Minitree at her Age of Sixteen Years Day of Marriage or
       Day of my Death which shall first happen and in Case of her Death
       before she attains the Said Age of Sixteen Years Day of Marriage or Day
       of my Death then the Said Negro to be the Sole right & Property of me
       the Said Jacob Andrew Minitree my Heirs Executors Administrators
       & Assignes for ever & to and for no Other Use Intent or Purpose whatsoever
       and the Said Jacob Andrew Minitree the Said Negro man ^un^to the Said
       Jacob Andrew Minitree Jun.r his Heirs Executors Administrators &
       Assignes to the Uses & Purposes af.d Against all Persons whatsoever
       will Warrant & forever Defend by these Presents In Witness whereof
       I have hereunto Set my hand & Seale this Sixteenth Day of August Anno
