       And also in Case of refusall or delay by any Person or Persons whom it
       shall or may Concern to make & render true Account & Payment
       Delivery & Satisfaction in the Premisses for me & in my Name or
       otherwise to sue prosecute implead imprison & proceed against all &
       Every of them his their Every and any of their Heirs Executors Adm.rs
       Lands Tenements Goods & Chattles in any Court or Courts of Law or in
       Equity & him or them thereunto to Compell by all Lawfull Ways &
       Means whatsoever & also to appear for me in any Court or Courts of
       Law or Equity thereto answer defend & reply in any Action or Suit
       which shall be brought against me by any Person or Persons
       touching or concerning the Premisses And Generally to manage
       transact negotiate perform & finish all other affairs Business & things
       whatsoever wherein I now am or hereafter shall be any ways
       Concerned as to my said Attorney shall seem meet as fully to all
       Intents & Purposes as I myself might or could do if personally present
       performing the same & one or more Attorney or Attorneys under
       him for the Purposes af.d to make & again at his Pleasure to revoke
       hereby ratifying & Confirming all & whatsoever my said Attorney
       shall lawfully do or Cause to be done in & about the Premisses by
       Virtue of these Presents In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my
       hand & Seal this Twenty Ninth Day of July Seventeen hundred and
