       Conveyance of all the right title Interest Claim & Demand of the
       said Daniel Dulany & Charles Carroll of in & to the af.d bargained
       Premisses In Witness whereof the said Daniel Dulany & Charles
       Carroll have hereunto set their hands & Seals the Day & Year ^first^ above
       written

       Sealed & Delivered in the Presence of Henry Hooper

       25.th July 1740 Then was the within Deed acknowledged according
       to Act of Assembly before me         Henry Hooper
       Reced of the within named Nath.l Palmer One Penny Sterling
       for the Use of the Right Honble the Lord Baltimore being for the
       alienation fyne of the within Lot of Ground
    5 1/2                                 I say reced P me      Benj.a Tasker
       Recorded July 25.th 1740

Ex.d This Indenture made this 16.th Day of June in the Year of our Lord God
       One thousand Seven hundred & forty Between Charles Carroll of the City
       of Annapolis Chyrurgeon on the one part & William Roberts Son and
       Heir of George Roberts of Pipe Creek in Prince Georges County Deced
       Witnesseth that Whereas the said Charles Carroll had heretofore promised
       to Convey to the said George a Tract of Land Containing two hundred
       Acres Called Breewood Scituate on the said Creek on his the said Georges
       Performing a Covenant & Paying him the said Charles a Ballance
       of an Account due to him the said Charles Now this Indenture further
       Witnesseth that the said William the Son Party to these Presents
       hath paid & Satisfyed unto him the said Charles Carroll the said Ballance
       being Eight Pounds Gold Current Money of Maryland in Consideration
