155 Cumming & Rich.d Snowden their Heirs Ex.rs & Adm.rs & the Survivor or Survivors of them & all their Lands Tenements Goods & Chattles of & for their being Security on the Adm.rn af.d that then not only these Presents but all other the Premisses above bargained & sold shall be utterly void these Presents or any thing therein contained to the Contrary notwithstanding And the said W.m Peele doth hereby Covenant & Agree to & with the said William Cumming & Richard Snowden their Heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs & Assignes in form following that he the said W.m Peele & his Heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs & Assignes shall not nor will not at any time or times hereafter release Assign transfer or otherwise Convey the af.d Lands or Premisses Goods or Chattles herein before granted to any Person or Persons whatsoever or vacate or any wise incumber the Same or any of them with out the free Consent Good liking & Approbation & Direction of the said William Cumming & Richard Snowden or the Survivor of them their Ex.rs Adm.rs or Assignes under their Several & respective hands & Seals in Writing first had and obtained In Witness whereof the Parties to these Presents have hereunto set their Hands & Seals the Day & Year first above written Sealed & Delivered in the William Peele Seal Presence of Taillor Higginson Rich.d Smith On the back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorst viz.t Maryland fs July the 18.th 1740 Then Came the within named W.m Peele before me the Subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court and acknowledged the within Deed to be his Act & Deed for the Use of the within named William Cumming and Richard Snowden Acknowledged before me the Day & Year af.d 16 sides Recorded July 19.th 1740 Robert Gordon |
