       to all & Every of the Lotts of Land af.d althô the Same in the Premisses should
       not be Contained & Expressed with their & Every of their Rights Members
       & Appurtenances And also all houses Gardens Orchards Woods Profitts
       Rents & Advantages to them or any of them belonging & appertaining
       or upon them Growing happening or arising and the Reversion and
       Reversions Remainder & Remainders of them & Every of them To have
       and to hold all & singular the af.d Tracts Parcells of Land Lotts & houses af.d
       & other the Premisses with their & every of their Rights Members and
       Appurtenances to the said William Cumming & Rich.d Snowden their
       Heirs & Assignes To the only proper Use & behoofe of the said W.m Cumming
       ^& Rich.d Snowden^ & their Heirs & Assigns for Ever As also he the said William Peele in & for
       the Consideration above mentioned hath also aliened Sold & delivered &
       by these Presents Doth fully clearly & Absolutely alien sell & deliver unto
       the said William Cumming & Rich.d Snowden the following Negroe Slaves
       Tower Lucy ^ their Girl Sarah Simon Esby Sam Easter & three Children
       Sam Sue Nanney Walley & old Easter Sue a Young Woman old Tom and
       old Bobb Nanney the Cook Wench Priss & three Children Tobey Jenny Jack
       & Harry & all their Increase And likewise all my Stock of Horses Mules
       Colts & all my Stock of Cattle Sheep and Hoggs on my Several Plantations
       Except the Horse Mares Colts & Stock of Cattle Sheep & Hoggs & now
       upon my Plantation commonly called what you will or now Called
       Simpsons Quarter which are hereby Excepted And all my household
       Furniture and Plate To have & to hold the af.d Slaves above named
       Horses Cattle Sheep and Hoggs household furniture af.d to the said W.m
       Cumming & Richard Snowden their Ex.rs Adm.rs & Assignes to their and
       their own proper use & behoof for Ever And the said William Peele for
       himself his Heirs Ex.rs & Adm.rs doth Covenant Promise grant and
       Agree to & with the said W.m Cumming & Rich.d Snowden their
       Heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs & Assignes the Lands Lotts houses & Premisses af.d
       with the Appurtenances against all Persons whatsoever to the said
       William Cumming & Richard Snowden their Heirs & Assignes for Ever
       shall & will warrant & defend & the af.d Goods & Chattles with other the
       Premisses to them appertaining against all Persons to the said
       William Cumming & Rich.d Snowden their Ex.rs Adm.rs or Assignes
       shall & will warrant & Defend Provided always that if the said W.m
       Peele his Ex.rs Adm.rs or Assignes shall as well procure & Cause that the
       said W.m Cumming & Rich.d Snowden their Heirs Ex.rs & Adm.rs within
       the Space of three Years next Ensueing the Date of these Presents or
       when afterwards thereunto requested shall be clearly & Absolutely
       acquitted & discharged of & from being Security on the Administration
       af.d or give good & sufficient personal Security to the said Will.m Cumming
       & Richard Snowden when thereunto requested for their indempnification
       from & against all & singular the Premisses af.d Such as
       they shall approve of & all other Charges wherewith the s.d W.m Cumming
       & Rich.d Snowden are or shall be Chargeable with for & on Account
       of their being Security as af.d as also satisfy & pay all Such Sum &
       Sums of Money or Tobacco as the said William Cumming & Rich.d
       Snowden or Either of them shall Pay & Satisfie & in the mean time
       from time ^to time^ shall well & Sufficiently Save harmless the said William
