       & actually discharged him from the Same and Whereas the Administration
       of the Estate of the af.d Samuel Peele deced committed to the af.d W.m
       Peele Adm.rs is not yet finished & a Considerable Ballance thereof still
       remains in his hands unadministred And Whereas ^also^ the said William
       Peele hath undertaken to save harmless the said W.m Cumming & Rich.d
       Snowden of & from all & Singular the Premisses Now this Indenture
       Witnesseth that the said W.m Peele for & in Consideration that the said W.m
       Cumming & Rich.d Snowden & Either of them their Heirs Ex.rs & Adm.rs & every
       of them & all the Lands & Tenements Goods & Chattles of the said William
       Cumming & R.d Snowden & Either of them their Heirs Ex.rs & Adm.rs & Every
       of them from time to time & at all times hereafter shall as well be
       Clearly saved & kept harmless of & from all & Singular the af.d Bonds &
       Suretiships & other Charges whatsoever herein before Expressed & recited
       as also he the said W.m Peele for & in Consideration of the Sum of Twenty
       Shillings Current Money to him in hand paid by the said W.m Cumming
       & Rich.d Snowden at & before the Ensealing & Delivery of these Presents
       The Receipt whereof the said William Peele doe hereby acknowledge
       hath given granted bargained & Sold & by these Presents Doth hereby
       give grant bargain & Sell unto the said William Cumming & Rich.d
       Snowden & to their Heirs & Assignes for Ever All the Tracts Parcells & Lotts
       of Land hereafter mentioned to wit Sympsons Stones Containing
       One hundred & fifty Acres Batchellors Choice Containing one hundred
       Acres Devalls Range Containing three hundred Acres All lying in
       Ann Arundell County Josephs Tower Containing One hundred Acres
       lying in Baltimore County As also my Dwelling house with Outhouses
       Kitchen Garden & Office houses & Town Plantation lying in & Adjacent
       to London Town Lotts in London Town Number forty two Ninety five
       Ninety Eight fifty Ninety three Nineteen Ninety Six my New house
       & Lot whereon M.r Brogden lives Number Ninety one my house next
       the Ferry Thirty my Storehouse & Garden & likewise my Lotts & houses
       in Annapolis Number thirty Seven in the old Town a New house
       Number L A Lot in the New Town house & Garden And also all the
       Estate Right Title Interest Property Claim & Demand of him the
       said William Peele in & to those Tracts of Land Lotts & houses & in &
