       one Perfect Common Recovery with Double Vouchers may
       be thereupon had and Suffered and all and every other thing
       and things be Done and Perfected Needfull and Conveinant for
       the having & Suffering the Same Recovery According to the
       Course of Common Recoverys in Such Cases used and the
       Same Recoverys as also to be Executed by a Writ of Habere facias
       Seisinam and it is hereby further Covenanted Concluded
       Bargained and Agreed by and between all the af.d Partys to these
       Presents their and every of their Heirs that the Same Recovery
       So as af.d or in any Other Manner to be had and Suffered of the
       Tracts and Parcells of Lands Tenements hereditaments Premisses
       and appurtenances herein before mentioned shall be & enure and
       Shall be Deemed adjudged and taken & is Meant & Intended and
       by all the said Partys to these Presents is hereby Declared to
       be and enure and the said James Smith & his Heirs from and
       Immediately after the Suffering the same Recovery shall stand
       and be Seized of and in all & Singular the Tracts and Parcells of
       Land and Premisses and Appurtenances af.d and every Part
       and Parcell thereof to and for the only Proper use benifit &
       Behoofe of the af.d John Hawkins Party to these Presents his
       Heirs and assigns for ever and to and for no other use intent
       or Purpose whatsoever in Witness Whereof the Partys af.d
       have hereunto Interchangeably Sett their Hands & Seals the
       Day and year first above Written

       On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Indorst Viz.t
       Sealed and Delivered
