       And Appurtenances According to the usual Course of Common recovery
       for the Assurance of Lands and Tenements used and Accustomed and
       thereupon it is hereby Covenanted Concluded Bargained and Agreed by
       and between all the all the Partys af.d to these Presents for
       themselves & Each of them their & Each of their Heirs by these
       Presents in Manner following that is to say that the Same
       Bedingfield Hands shall and will before the End of the Next
       Provincial Court to be held for the Province of Maryland af.d
       Permit and Suffer the af.d James Smith to Sue out and Prosecute
       against him the Said Bedingfield one Writ of Entry Sur Disseisin
       in le Post returnable before his Lordships Justices of the same
       Provincial Court at Annapolis the third Tuesday of May Next
       Ensu^e^ing the date hereof thereby Demanding Against the same
       Bedingfield the Tracts and Parcells of lands Tenements hereditaments
       Premisses &^ Appurtenances herein before mentioned &
       Granted by Such name & Names Number of Acres quantitys
       ^Quallitys^ Terms and Discriptions in the said Writ to be Continued ^and^ in Such
       and in Such manner & form as by Councill Learned in the Law
       shall be advised unto which Said Writ of Entry so to be Prosecuted
       and Sued forth the same Bedingfield Shall appear Gratis either
       by himself or by his Att.ry leigally Constituted & Appointed and
       Shall Vouch to Warranty the same John Hawkins Party to these
       Presents which Said John Hawkins Shall Appear either in
       Person or by Attorney Duly authorized and Enter into Warranty
       ^& after his entering into Warranty^ Shall Vouch to Warranty the Common Vouchee who shall likewise
       who shall Likewise appear and Imparle and afterwards make Default
       and Depart In Contempt of the Court so that Judgment may be thereupon
       had and given for the same James Smith to recover the af.d Tracts
       & Parcells of Lands Tenements hereditaments Premisses and
       Appurtenances against the Same Bedingfield and for the Same
       Bedingfield to recover in Value against the Said John Hawkins
       Party to these Presents and for the Same John Hawkins to
       recover in Value Against the Same Common Voucher to the End
