       the Province of Maryland aforesaid and to sue Commence prosecute
       implead and Defend any Action or Suit in Law or Equity to be brought
       by for or against us any or Either of us for recovering or Obtaining the
       Possession or Seizin of one or more Estate or Estates Tract or Tracts of
       Land Scituate lying and being in the Province of Maryland
       aforesaid late belonging to John Wright of Maryland aforesaid
       Merchant Deceased and of which he dyed Seized and Possessed
       interested in or intitled to And also to Enter into and take possession
       of all Every or any the said Estate or Estates Tracts or Tract of Land
       late belonging to the said John Wright as aforesaid and the same
       possession so being had and taken to detain and keep to the only
       use and behoof of us the said Robert Mitchell and Mary my Wife
       and Ann Oates and of our Several and respective Heirs Executors
       and Administrators and Assignes And also to ask demand and receive
       off and from all and Every Person and Persons whatsoever that
       now is are or heretofore have or hath been Tenant or Tenants
       Occupyer or Occupyers or that have or hath been in the Receipt
       of the Rents and Profits of all or any of the said Estate or Estates tracts
       or Tract of Land or any part or parts thereof or otherwise howsoever
       All and Every Rent and Rents Arrear and Arrears and Rent and
       Rents Sum and Sums of Money whatsoever which are now due
       unto us any or Either of us for or in respect of the said Premisses
       or any part or parts thereof and upon non payment thereof or any part
       thereof or any part thereof to sue for distrain or take any other remed
       or Course by Law or Equity in our Names for the recovering or getting
       in any Such Rent or Rents Arrear or Arrears of Rent or Rents Sum or
       Sums of Money and upon payment thereof oe any Part thereof for us
       and in our Names to give good and Sufficient Discharge for the same
       And for us and in our Names and to and for our Severall and respective
       uses and behoofes to demand and take the Attornment or Attornments
       of all Every or any the Tenant or Tenants of all and Every or any the
       Estate or Estates Tracts or Tract of Land of which the said John Wright
       dyed Seized possessed interested in or intitled to And We do also hereby authorize
       appoint and impower our said Attorney for us and in our Names
       and to and for our severall and respective uses and behoofs to ask demand
       sue for levy recover take and receive of and from John Pennington
       and James Wroth both of Maryland aforesaid Executors of the last Will
       and Testament of the said John Oates deceased or Administrators of the
       Goods and Chattells Rights and Credits of the same John Oates or of
       their Representatives or Representative or of any other Person or
       Persons whatsoever All the Surplus of the Real and Personall Estate
       which the said John Oates dyed possessed off interested in or intitled to
       after payment of his funerall Charges and his just Debts and Legacies
       and other reasonable and Necessary Charges and Expences paid laid
       out by the said John Pennington and James Wroth of and Concerning
