       Provided there be not Contained in Such Deed or Deeds so to be Done
       and Executed any other Warrants then what is herein Contained
       In Witness whereof the said Mordecai Hammond Party to these
       Presents hath hereunto set his hand and seal the Day and Year
       above written

                Robert Gordon         On the back of the aforegoing Deed
                B Govan                   was thus Endorst (Vizt)
                                        October the 8.th 1737 Reced of Thomas Kitly
       twenty five pounds Str.ll the Consideration Money of the within
       lands by his Promissary note for the payment thereof

       August 30.th 1737   Came before me the Subscriber one of his Lordships
       Justices of the Provincial Court of Maryland the within named
       Mordecai Hammond and acknowledged the within Deed and the
       Land and Premisses therein mentioned to be the right and
       Estate of the within mentioned Thomas Keightly his Heirs &
       Assignes for Ever and at the same time Frances the Wife of the
       said Mordecai Hammond being Privately Examined freely
       and willingly relinquished her right of Dower in the said Land
       and Premisses according to Law before me

Ex.d Know all Men by these Presents that We Robert Mitchell of
       Morton in the County of York Husbandman and Mary the Wife of
       the said Robert Mitchell lately Called Mary Oates and Ann Oates
       of the Parish of Saint Mary le Bow London Spinster (which said
       Mary Mitchell and Ann Oates are two of the three Sisters and
       Coheirs of John Oates late of Maryland Cord Winder Deceased which
       said John Oates was Heir at Law of John Wright late of Maryland
       af.d Merchant Deceased) have and each of us hath made ordained
       authorized Constituted and appointed and in our place and stead
       and Deputed and by these Presents do and Each of us doth make ordain
       authorize Constitute and appoint and in out place & stead put and depute
       Isaac Holmes of Kildwick in the said County of York Clock Maker (
       which said Isaac Holmes hath lately intermarried with Sarah Oates
       the other of the three Sisters and Coheirs of the said John Oates deceased)
       our true & Lawfull Attorney for us and in our Names and to
       and for our Severall and respective uses and behoofes to act and take
       Care of our Effects Estates and interests Scituate lying and being in
