       the said Executorship or Administration of the Goods and Chattels of the said
       John Oates and on his receipt thereof or any Part thereof for us and in our
       Names to give Good and Sufficient Acquittances releases and Discharges
       for the same and to sue Commence prosecute and Defend any Action or
       Suit either in Law or Equity to be brought by for or against us any
       or Either of us for or in respect of the Effects and Surplusage of the said
       John Oates real and personal Estate or for or in respect of any other
       matter or thing whatsoever relating to the Will or Administration
       of the said John Oates or to the Disposition of such Effects as he dyed
       possessed off interested in or intitled to And we do hereby authorize
       appoint and impower our said Attorney for us and in our Names and
       to and for our severall and respective uses and behoofes to demand and
       receive off and from the said John Pennington and James Wroth or
       of their Representatives or Representative or of any other Person or
       Persons whatsoever all and Every the Deeds Evidences and Writings
       in their any or Either of their Custody or Power or which they any
       or Either of them know off or Can come by without Suit at Law or
       in Equity relating to the said Estate or Estates Tract or Tracts of Land
       of the said John Wright Deceased and which he Dyed possessed off
       interested in or intitled to or of any Part or Parts thereof And for us
       & in our names upon Delivery thereof to give Good and Sufficient
       Receipts and Discharges for the same And also all Deeds Evidences bonds
       Bills and Notes in their any or Either of their Custody or Power or
       which they any or Either of them know off or Can Come by without
       Suit at Law or in Equity relating to any real or personall Estate or
       Estates Tract or Tracts of Land of the said John Oates Deceased or any
       Part or Parts thereof or otherwise howsoever and upon payment
       thereof to give good and Sufficient Receipts and Discharges for the same
       and also all and Every Legacy or Legacies Sum or Sums of Money
       whatsoever devised given or bequeathed to the said John Oates
       deceased by any the Last Will or Wills Testament or Testaments of
       any Person or Persons whatsoever and upon payment thereof or any
       Part or Parts thereof for us and in our Names to give Sufficient
       Receipts and Discharges for the Same And We do also further authorize
       and impower our said Attorney for us and in our Names to  
       lease or let all or any part of the said Estate or Estates Tract or Tracts
       of Land with their Appurtenances to any Person or Persons for any
       Term or Number of Years not Exceeding three Years at the most
       improved Yearly Rent that Can or may be had or gotten for the
       same And also to receive the same or any other Rent or Rents as
       they shall from time to time become Due and Payable to us any
       or Either of us and upon Payment thereof or any Part thereof to
       give Sufficient Receipts and Acquittances for the same And further
       to all and Every Act and Acts thing and things requisite to be done
       on and about the Premisses in as full and ample manner to all
