       Day of this Instant Aprill for and During & unto the full End and
       Term of one whole year from thence Next Immediatly Ensuing and
       fuilly to be Compleated and Ended Yealding and Paying therefore one
       Ear of Indian Corn on the first Day of Aprill Next Ensuing if
       Demanded to the Intent that by Virtue of these Presents and by
       force of the Statute for Transferring of uses into Possession he the
       Same Bedingfield may be in the Actual Possession of all & Singular
       the Premisses above mentioned with the Appurtenances and thereby
       be Enabled to Accept and take a grant and Release of the Reversion
       and Inheritance thereof to him and his Heirs and Assigns for ever In
       Witness whereof the Same Partys to these Presents have hereunto
       Interchangeably Set their hands & Seales the Day and year first
       above Mentioned

X.d This Indenture Tripartite made this Twenty Second Day of
       Aprill in the year of our Lord Christ Seventeen hundred & forty between
       John Hawkins of Queen Anns County Gent of the first part
       Bedingfield Hands of Kent County Merchant of the Second Part
       and James Smith of Kent County Gent of the third Part witnesseth
       that the same John Hawkins for the Docking barring and Cutting
       of all Estates tail and Remainders and Reversions intail of
       & in all that tract or Parcell of Plantable Land with the appurtenances
       Called Tullys Delight lying and being in Queen Anns
       County af.d and also of and in all that Tract or Parcell of Plantable
       Land lying and being on the South Side of Chester River in Queen
       Anns County af.d being Part of a tract of Land Called Macklinborough
       Bounded as follows that is to Say begining at a bounded Oake
       Standing by the River Side being the Second bounded tree of the
       Land Called Macklinborough and runing from the Said tree
