       Appurtenances to him the said John Henthorn his Heirs & Assignes
       for Ever will well & Sufficiently Warrant & Defend Against
       all Manner of Persons Claiming from by or under him or by his
       Means or Procur^e^ment And the Said John Lowe Doth
       further Covenant & Agree to and with the Said John Henthorn
       his Heirs & Assignes that he the said John Lowe Shall and
       Will at Any time During his Life at the Proper Cost and
       Charge of the Said John Henthorn his Heirs & ^or^ Assignes do
       Performe & Execute any further or other Act or Acts Conveyance
       or other Assurance not bearing a Stronger Warrantee then these
       Presents which Shall by the Said John Henthorn his Heirs
       or Assignes or his or their Council Learned ^in^ the Law be Reasonably
       Advised & Devised or Required for the Better Assurance & more
       firm Conveyance of the aforesaid Tract or Parcell of Land with
       the Appurtenances to him the Said John Henthorn his Heirs
       and Assignes for Ever In Witness whereof the Said John Lowe
       hath hereunto Set his Hand & Seale the Day & year first
       above Written

       The word Money between the third & fourth Lines and the Words
       Not bearing a Stronger Warrantee then these Presents between
       the Twenty fifth & Twenty Sixth Lines was Interlined before
       the Ensealing & Delivery of these Presents
       Signed Sealed ^& Delivered^ in the Presence       John Low   seal
       of us

       Ja.s Dickson

       Province of Maryland fs.t on the 21.st Day of May 1740 Then
           Prince Georges County
       Personally appeared before us John Lowe Party to the within
       Indenture and Did Acknowledge the Same to be his Proper Act &
       Deed and the within Mentioned three hundred & Seventy two Acres of Land
       with every their Appurtenances are Now in the Proper & Sole Right
       and Interest of the Within Named John Henthorn his Heirs and
       Assignes According to the True Intent & Meaning of the within
                                                                                           Conveyance
