       Prince Georges County     Then Came before us Elizabeth Low wife
                                           to the within Mentioned John Low & being
                               Privately Examined by us (out of the Hearing of her
       Said Husband) as Touching the Within Mentioned Premisses Did
       Resign up her Title & Right of Dower to y.e Within Mentioned
       Premisses unto the Within Written John Henthorn & Did Acknowledge
       the Premisses within to be in the full and Sole Right
       of the Said John Henthorn his Heirs & Assignes for Ever Clear of
       all her Thirds of Dower

       Examined & Acknowledged by & before us the Day & year above Written
