128) Mary Higgens Wife of the af.d Stephen Higgens & her Heirs for Ever being Part or Parcell of a Tract of Land Called Pork Hall lying & being at or near Pipe Creek in Prince Georges County in the Province af.d Together with all Houses Outhouses Buildings Fences Woods Underwoods Trees Timber Trees Ways Easements Profitts Benefits Advantages and Appurtenances whatsoever on the said four hundred & Ninety Acres of Land being or to the same or to any Part or Parcell thereof belonging or in any wise appertaining To have and to hold the af.d hereby granted or hereby intended to be Granted four hundred & Ninety Acres of Land & Premisses with their & Every of their Appurtenances unto the said Elizabeth Coyle her Heirs & Assignes for Ever To the only Proper Use & behoofe of her the said Elizabeth Coyle her Heirs & Assignes for Ever & to no other Use intent or Purpose whatsoever free & clear & freely and clearly acquitted Exonerated & Discharged of & from all & all Manner of Incumbrances whatsoever And the said Stephen & Mary his Wife do hereby for themselves their Heirs Executors & Administrators & every of them Covenant & Agree to & with the said Elizabeth Coyle her Heirs & Assignes that they the said Stephen & Mary their Heirs Ex.rs & Adm.rs & Every of them shall & will at all times hereafter when they or Either of them ^or^ their or either or any of their Heirs Executors or Adm.rs shall be thereunto reasonably required by the said Elizabeth Coyle her Heirs or Assignes or any of them make do suffer execute and acknowledge any & all Such other & further Acts Deeds things Conveyances & Assurances in the Law whatsoever as by the said Elizabeth Coyle her Heirs or Assignes or her or their Council learned in the Law shall be advised devised or required for the better & more Perfect Assurance surety & Suremaking of all & Singular the af.d Granted four hundred & Ninety Acres of Land with all & Every their Appurtenances unto the said Elizabeth Coyle her Heirs & Assignes for Ever And also that they the said Stephen & Mary & either of them their & any & Every of their Heirs Executors & Adm.rs all & Singular the before bargained Lands & Premisses with their & Every of their Appurtenances unto (the) |
