       Dated the Second Day of September 1729 Conditioned to pay Two
       hundred & forty two Pounds Eight Shillings & three Pence Currency
       & Eight Shillings & two Pence Sterling the first Day of October next
       Ensueing the Date of the said Bond and by these Presents absolutely
       acquit release and Discharge the said Daniel Dulany & Charles
       Carroll from the said Judgment In Witness whereof they hereunto

Ex.d This Indenture made the twenty third Day of November Anno Dom
       One thousand Seven hundred & thirty Nine Between Stephen Higgens
       of Ann Arundell County in the Province of Maryland Merchant &
       Mary his Wife of the one Part & Elizabeth Coyle of the said County and
       Province Widdow of the other Part Witnesseth that the said Stephen
       Higgens & Mary his Wife for & in Consideration of the Sum of Seventy
       five Pounds Sterling Sterling Money to them in hand paid by the
       said Elizabeth Coyle at & before the Ensealing & delivery of these Presents
       The Receipt whereof they the said Stephen Higgens & Mary do hereby
       acknowledge & thereof & of Every Part thereof do acquit Exonerate &
       Discharge the said Elizabeth Coyle her Heirs Executors Administrators
       & Assignes & Every of them for Ever Have given Granted bargained
       sold assignes aliened Enfeoffed transferred & Confirmed And by these
       Presents do give grant bargain sell assign alien Enfeoffe transferr &
       Confirm unto the said Elizabeth Coyle her Heirs & Assignes for Ever All
       that peice or Parcell of Land (containing four hundred & Ninety
       Acres) Which James Carroll late of Ann Arundell County af.d Gent
       Deceased did by his last Will & Testament bequeath unto the af.d
