12 Money of Great Britain to him in hand paid and satisfyed by the said Thomas Keightley the receipt whereof he doth hereby acknowledge & himself therewith fully satisfyed and Contented have given granted bargained sold Enfeoffed and Confirmed and doth by these Presents give grant bargain sell Enfeoff & Confirm unto him the said Thomas Keightly his Heirs and Assignes for Ever a Tract or Parcell of Land Called Bakers folly Containing two hundred Acres lying in Ann Arundell County aforesaid on the North Side of Magoty River and beginning at a bounded Pine Standing on a point Called Sandy Point and bounding on the River & running down East & by North Sixty Perches to a bounded red Oak Standing near the mouth of Bailies Creek then North & by West three hundred perches then West & by South then to a Cove and over a Cove Called Sevana Cove to the said Sandy Point which said Land was purchased by the said Mordecai Hammond of the Heirs of Amos Garrett Esq.r Together with all & Singular the Houses Buildings fencing Orchards & Appurtenances to the said Land belonging or in any wise appertaining To have and to hold the said Tract of Land and Premisses with other the Appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining to him the said Thomas Keightly his Heirs and Assignes and to his and their proper use and behoof for Ever and to no other use meaning or intent whatsoever and the said Mordecai Hammond doth for himself his Heirs Executors and Administrators Covenant Promise grant and Agree to & with the said Thomas Keightly his Heirs and Assignes that he the sid Mordecai Hammond his Heirs Executors and Administrators shall and will from time to time & at all times hereafter Warrant and defend the said Tract of Land hereby bargained and sold with the Appurtenances ^as^ before described to him the said Thomas Keightly his Heirs & Assignes for Ever against him the said Mordecai Hammond or of or from any other person or Persons whatsoever Claiming by from or Under him his Heirs Executors Administrators or Assignes And the said Mordecai Hammond for himself his Heirs Executors & Administrators doth further Covenant Promise Grant and agree to and with the said Thomas Keightly his Heirs & Assignes that he the said Mordecai Hammond shall and will at any time within the Space or Term of Seven Years to Commence from the Date hereof do Execute and suffer to be done & Executed any other or further Act or Acts Deed or Deeds for the more suremaking over and Confirming to him the said Thomas Keightly his Heirs or Assignes the said Land and Premisses that he the said Thomas Keightly his Heirs or Assignes or his or their Councill Learned in the Law shall device or advice (provided) |
