       Land Called Youngs Chance Containing Seventy Six Acres &
       Youngs Good Luck Containing One hundred Acres To the only
       proper use of the said Joshua Young his Heirs & Assignes fro
       Ever Provided Nevertheless that none of the said severall Tracts
       of Land af.d shall ever be sold alien^at^ed or Granted away to any
       Person or Persons whomsoever by any Device or form of Law
       whatsoever Except it be to one of the family or sirname of
       Youngs & also subject & Lyable to such Rents & Services
       according to the proportions of the severall Tracts of Land af.d
       as shall become Due to the Right Honourable the Lord
       Propry of this Province or any other person for & in respect
       of the said Land And the said John Young for himself his
       Heirs Executors & Administrators Covenant & promise to
       Warrant & defend the said Premisses against all Persons
       Claiming by from or under the said John Young for Ever
       by these Presents In Witness whereof the said John Young
       hath hereunto set his hand & seal the Day & Year first
       above written                                                his
       Sealed & Delivered in the Presence of   John I Y Young   Seal
       John Thompson                                           Mark
       Joseph Evit                  On the back of the aforegoing Deed
       Josh Hopkinson           was thus Endorst Viz.t Nov.r 11.th 1737
                         Then Came before me the Subscriber one of his
       Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court the within
       named John Young & acknowledged the within Deed & the
       Lands & Premisses thereby Granted to be the Right & Property
       of the Severall Persons within mentioned in Manner as
       within Expressed according to the Act of Assembly in that Case
       made & provided                                       Robert Gordon

       Alienation List & fees posted so farr for the Year 1737

Ex.d This Indenture made the thirtieth Day of August Anno Dom
       seventeen hundred and thirty Seven Between Mordecai Hammond
       of Annarundell County in the Province of Maryland Merchant
       of the one part and Thomas Keightly of the same County Planter
       of the other part Witnesseth that the said Mordecai Hammond
       for & in Consideration of the Sum of twenty five Pounds Sterling
                                                                                        (Money)
