       of Elizabeth Ginn late of Newington Butts af.d Widow af.d Widow deceased
       to sell & Dispose of all & Every the Lands Tenements Hereditaments Estate &
       Effects whatsoever & wheresoever scituate lying & being in Maryland
       af.d & which did any ways belong or appertain to the said Elizabeth Ginn
       at the time of her Decease & which now do or hereafter shall or may
       belong or in any wise appertain to them the said Constituants any or
       either of them by Virtue of the said Will of the said Deceased to such Person
       or Persons for Such Purchase Money & for such Consideration and Considerations
       as their said Attorney shall think fitt & to receive the Purchase
       Money or produce thereof & thereupon to sign Seal duly Execute & deliver
       all & Every Such Deeds Conveyances or Writings whatsoever as shall be
       needfull & Necessary for the Effectual assigning & Conveying the same
       or any Part thereof Also for them the said Constituants in their any or
       Either of their Names to demise set & to farm let all or any of the said Lands
       Tenements and Premisses before mentioned to Such Person or Persons and
       at & under such Rents & Covenants as their said Attorney shall think fitt
       & to receive & take the Rents Issues & Profitts thereof to their use & uses
       Likewise to ask demand levy sue for & by all lawfull Ways & Means
       recover & receive of & from all & Every Person & Persons whatsoever
       whom it shall or May Concern Inhabiting in Maryland af.d all &
       Every Such Sum & Sums of Money Goods Wares Merchandizes Effects
       Estate & things whatsoever which now are or shall or may hereafter
       be due Payable belonging or in any wise appertaining to the Estate of
       the said Elizabeth Ginn deceased or to them the said Constituants in the
       Quality af.d whether by bond Note Bill Book Debt Account Consignment
       Contract Agreement Decree Sentance Judgment Execution Extent or for
       by or upon any other Account Way reason or means soever nothing
       Excepted or reserved & to that End with all & Every Person & Persons whatsoever
       whom it shall or may Concern to account & View settle and
       Every Such Sum & Sums of Money Goods Wares Merchandizes Effects
       Estate & things whatsoever which now are or shall or may hereafter
       be due payable belonging or in any wise appertaining to the Estate of
       the said Elizabeth Ginn deceased or to them the said Constituants in the
       Quality af.d whether by bond Note Bill Book Debt Account Consignment
       Contract Agreement Decree Sentance Judgment Execution Extent or for
       by or upon any other Account Way reason or Means soever nothing
       Excepted or reserved & to that End with all & Every Person & Persons whatsoever
       whom it shall or may Concern to account & View settle and
       adjust all Accounts & the Ballance thereof to receive & upon recoveries
       & receipts to give one or more Acquittances & other Sufficient Discharges
       in due form of Law But in Case of Refusal & Delay by any Person or
       Persons whatsoever whom it shall or may Concern to make and
       render just & true Account Payment delivery & Satisfaction in the
       Premisses him her or them thereunto Compell by all Lawfull Ways &
       Means whatsoever also to appear before all or any Lords Judges & Justices in
       any Court or Courts there to answer defend & reply in all Matters & Causes
       touching or Concerning the Premisses to do say pursue implead seize
       sequester attach arrest distrain & upon Distress made to lead Drive or
       Carry away & Such Person or Persons to imprison & out of Prison again
       to deliver also to Compound Conclude & agree by Arbitration or otherwise
       as their said Attorney shall think fitt And Generally to do Perform and
       Execute all & whatsoever shall be requisite & Necessary in or about the
       Premisses as fully amply & Effectually to all Intents Constructions and
       Purposes as they the said Constituants any or Either of them Jointly
