       that allthô the Cause should require more ample & Especial Power than is
       herein before particularly Expressed with Power to substitute due or more

       To all whom these Presents shall come I Sir John Barnard Knight Lord
       Mayor of the City of London in Pursuance of an Act of Parliament
       made and Passed in the fifth Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord King
       George the Second Intituled an Act for the more Easy recovery of Debts in
       his Majesties Plantations & Colonies in America Do hereby Certifye
       that on the Day of the Date hereof personally came & appeared before
       me William Hordley Clerk to William Tudman of Birchin Lane in
       the Parish of S.t Edmund the King and Martyr London Notary Publick
       being a Person well known and Worthy of Good Credit & by Solemn
       oath which he then took before me upon the Holy Evangelist of Almighty
       God did solemnly and sincerely declare testifye and depose to
       be true the several Matters & things mentioned & Contained in the
       Original Affidavit hereunto annexed
                                  In Faith and Testimony whereof I the said Lord
       The Seal              Mayor have Caused the Seal of the Office of Mayoralty
       of Mayor             of the said City of London to be hereunto put
       alty of the            & affixed And the Original Paper Writing Procuration
