Ex.d This Indenture made this Eleventh Day of October One thousand Seven
       hundred & thirty Nine Between Edward Tully of Baltimore County in
       the Province of Maryland Planter of the one Part & James Maccollam
       of Ann Arundell County in the Province af.d of the other Part Witnesseth
       that the said Edward Tully for & in Consideration of the Sum of forty two
       Pounds Currant Money of Maryland to him the said Edward Tully in
       hand paid before the Sealing & Delivery hereof by the said James Maccollum
       the Receipt whereof the said Edward Tully doth hereby acknowledge  
       & thereof doth hereby acquit & Discharge the said James Maccollum
       his Heirs Executors & Adm.rs by these Presents he the said Edward Tully doth
       hereby give grant bargain sell alien Enfeoffe and Confirm & by these
       Presents hath given granted bargained sold aliened Enfeoffed & confirmed
       and made over unto him the said James Maccollum his Heirs & Assignes
       for Ever All that Tract or Land Called Marys Lott lying formerly in
       Baltimore County but now in Ann Arundell County Beginning
       at a bounded White Oak being the Beginning Tree of a Parcell of Land
       called Sheparts Forrest & running thence North thirty five Degrees West
       Seventy Eight Perches then South fifty three Degrees West One hundred &
       Perches then with a Streight line to the said bounded Tree Containing
       & laid out for Seventy three Acres of Land more or less according to the
       Certificate of Survey thereof bearing Date the Second Day of June Seventeen
       hundred & twenty five together with all rights Profits benefits and
       Priviledges thereunto belonging To have & to hold the af.d bargained
       Land & Premisses & Every Part & Parcell thereof unto him the said James
       Maccollum his Heirs & Assignes for Ever & his & their only Proper use
       & behoofe & to no other ^interst^ use or Purpose And the said Edward Tully for himself
       his Heirs Exec.rs & Adm.rs the af.d Land & Premisses against all former
       bargains Sales Leases Wills Intails Mortgages claims & Incumbrances
       whatsoever had made Committed or Done by the said Edward
       Tully his Heirs Ex.rs or Adm.rs or by their Means or Procurement shall
       & will warrant & for Ever defend And the said Edward Tully doth for him
       self his Heirs Ex.rs & Adm.rs further Covenant Promise grant & Agree to
       & with the said James Maccollum his Heirs and Assignes that he the
       said Edward Tully his Heirs Ex.rs or Adm.rs shall & will at Any time hereafter
       within the Space of Seven Years at the instance & request of the
       said James Maccollum his Heirs or Assigns suffer make & acknowledge
       all or any other Lawfull or reasonable Act Deed or Conveyance agreeable
       to this Present Indenture for the further & better Security & Suremaking
       the af.d Land & Premisses unto him the said James Maccollum
       his Heirs & Assignes for Ever In Witness whereof the said Edward Tully
       hath hereunto set his hand & Seal the Day & Year above written
