                                        thirty one Pounds ten Shillings Sterling Money of England
                                        being the Consideration within said Land as Witness                                
                                        my hand this 28.th Day of September 1739

       named Snowden Taylor before me the Subscriber one of his Lordships
       Justices of the Provincial Court & acknowledged that the two hundred
       Acres of Land within mentioned to be the right & Estate of the within
       named John Penn his Heirs & Assignes ^for Ever^ And Ann Taylor the Wife of
       the said Snowden Taylor came at the same time & acknowledged her
       right of Dowery to the within Land and Premisses unto the said John
       Penn his Heirs & Assignes according to Law

       29.th Sep.t 1739  Then reced of the within John Penn Eight Shillings Sterl
       for the Use of the Right Honble the Lord Baltimore being for the Alienation
       fine of the within Lands                                    Benj.a Tasker

                Whereas it is Supposed that the within mentioned Land is
       affected by an Elder Survey so as to take away above Sixteen Acres
       and a half So I John Penn the Bargainee doth take and Accept of
       a Warrant for the Remainder Exclusive of the said Survey as Witness
