103) fifteen Perches then South forty Two Degrees West thirty five Perches then North West five hundred Perches then South half a point West two hundred and Eighteen Perches then South Westerly South One hundred Perches then West two hundred and thirty three Perches then South two hundred & Seventy four Perches then East North East two hundred and seventy four Perches then East South East thirty five Perches then South Twenty Six Degrees East One hundred & Twenty Six Perches to the South West by West line of the Land Called Cooks Chance then reversing the said Line and running North East by East Sixty Perches then North North West Ninety Six Perches then East South East One hundred and Sixteen Perches to the said line of Cooks Chance then reversing the said line & running North East by East two hundred and Sixty four Perches then by a Direct Line to the first bounded Locust Post Containing and now laid out for Eleven hundred & fifty Two Acres of Land more or less as by ^the^ Pattent thereof to the said Edward Hall 11.th day of June 1734 Together with all & singular the Woods Underwoods Buildings Orchards Fencing Appurtenances Emolments Profits and Advantages whatsoever or of what kind soever on the said three Severall Tracts or Parcells of Land or to them in any Manner or wise belonging or Appertaining To have and to hold the said three severall Tracts or Parcells of Land as before described called Halls Rich Neck Containing Six hundred and twenty Acres Bettys Choice Containing five hundred and Ninety Acres Halls Park Eleven hundred & fifty two Acres Containing in all two thousand three hundred & sixty two Acres of Land with all and Singular their Appurtenances unto them the said Mess.rs Charles Carroll or Either of them as Executors of James Carroll their or Either of their Heirs or Assignes for Ever And the said Edward Hall for himself his Heirs Executors and Adm.rs doth hereby Covenant Grant and Agree to and with the said Mess.rs Charles Carroll them or Either of them their or Either of their Heirs Ex.rs and Adm.rs that at the time of the Ensealing and Delivery of these presents He the said Edward Hall stands Seized of and in a Good and Sure Estate of Inheritance in fee Simple of in and to the af.d bargained Premisses and Every Part and Parcell thereof and that he hath Good Right full Power and Lawfull Authority to give Grant bargain sell alien alien Enfeoff and make over the same & Every Part and Parcell thereof and that the same is and stands free and Clearly discharged off and from all former Sales Incumbrances Engagements had made or done by him the said Edward and is also Clear of any Rents and Arearages of Rents Due to the Lord Proprietary or any other Person or Persons whatsoever And the said Edward Hall doth further Covenant and Agree to and With them the said Mess.rs Charles Carroll that the said three Tracts of Land before mentioned and Described doth Contain the Quantity of Two thousand three hundred and Sixty two Acres of Land Clear of any other or Ancienter Survey or |
