102) the said Mess.rs Charles Carroll their Heirs Executors and Administrators Have given Granted Bargained sold aliened Enfeoffed and Confirmed and by these Presents doth Absolutely freely and Clearly give Grant bargain sell alien Enfeoffe and Confirm unto them the said Mess.rs Charles Carroll their Heirs and Assigns forever These following three Severall Tracts or Parcells of Land Scituate lying and being in Baltimore County in the Province of Maryland Containing by Patents two thousand three hundred & Sixty Two Acres of Land Viz.t Halls Rich Neck Beginning at a bounded black Walnut Tree it being the former beginning Tree of the Ancient Survey of the aforesaid Rich Neck and a bounded Red Oak on the South Side of Deer Creek being on the South Side of Susquahannah River in the said County standing near one perch to Eastward of the said Bounder both Standing on a Ridge near a branch of Deer Creek aforesaid running thence North five hundred Perches then North Eighty Degrees Easterly twenty Perches till it intersect a line of Coll.o Hollands Land with the said Land North and by West Eighty Perches then South fifty Degrees Westerly Sixty Perches then North Sixty five Degrees Westerly twenty four Perches till it intersect Deer Creek then running and binding on the Creek the Courses following Viz.t South Twenty Eight Degrees Westerly Seventy Perches then South Eighty Two Degrees Westerly Twenty Perches then South Twenty Seven Degrees Westerly forty Perches then South Seventy Degrees Westerly fifty six Perches then South ten Degrees Westerly forty Perches then running into the Woods these Courses following South Twenty Eight Degrees Easterly forty Perches then South fifty Degrees Westerly thirty four Perches then South forty five Perches till it intersect the Ancient Survey of Hall Rich Neck then South more three hundred and Twenty Perches to a bounded Hickory for the Second bounder of the said Ancient Survey then with a Streight line to the beginning Tree Containing and laid out for in the whole for Six hundred and Twenty Acres of Land more or less according to the Certificate of Survey thereof and Pattented to Edward Hall Dated 17.th September 1720 Bettys Choice Beginning at a bounded Gum Tree being a bounded Tree of the Land Called Benjamins Choice (as per Original Certificate thereof) Standing by a Marsh Called the White Marsh ^the said Marsh^ being to the Southward of a Swamp called ^the^ Cranberry Swamp & running North East Two hundred Seventy five Perches to a bounded Red Oake of the said Land Called Bettys Choice thence North West three hundred Perches thence South West three hundred thirty Eight Perches thence with a streight line to the said beginning Containing five hundred Seventy & three Acres Pattented to Edward Hall Dated 10.th June 1734 Halls Park Beginning at a locust Post marked with Twelve Notches Standing near Swann Creek & running thence North thirty five Degrees West Eighteen Perches then North four Degrees East twenty Perches then South Eighty five Degrees West (fifteen) |
