10) Witnesseth that for & in Consideration of the Naturall Love & affection he hath & beareth unto & for his af.d Children & for & in Consideration of the Sum of five Shillings a Peice of Current Money to the said John Young in hand well & truly paid by the said Henry Young Edward Young Sewell Young James Young & Joshua Young at or before the Sealing & Delivery of these Presents the Receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged He the said John Young hath given granted sold Transferred & sett over & by these Presents doth fully freely & absolutely Give Grant sell Transferr & sett over unto them the said Henry Young Edward Young Sewell Young James Young & Joshua Young their Heirs and Assignes All those five Tracts or Parcells of Land Scituate lying & being in Ann Arundell County af.d Viz.t All that tract of Land Called Hickory Thickett Containing & laid out for one hundred & fifty Acres or thereabouts All that other Tract of Land Called Youngs Piney Grove Containing one hundred Acres or thereabouts All that other Tract of Land Called Youngs Success Containing & laid out for three hundred & twenty four Acres or thereabouts And all those other two tracts of Land Called Youngs Chance Containing & Laid out for Seventy Six Acres or thereabouts & Youngs Good Luck Containing One hundred Acres or thereabouts and all the Right title interest Property Claim [illegible] & demand whatsoever of him the said John Young of in & to the same & every Part & Parcells of Land & all & Singular other the Premisses herein before mentioned to be given & granted with their & Every of their Appurtenances unto the said Henry Young Edward Young Sewell Young James Young & Joshua Young their Heirs & Assignes To for & upon the severall uses & under & subject to the Provisoe & Limitation hereafter mentioned (that is to say) as for & Concerning the said Tract of Land Called Hickory Thickett Containing one hundred & fifty Acres To the only proper use & behoofe of the said Henry Young his Heirs & Assignes for Ever And as for & Concerning the said other Tract of Land Called Youngs Piney Grove Containing one hundred Acres To the only proper use & behoof of the said Sewall Young his heirs & Assignes for Ever And as for & Concerning the said other Tract of Land Called ^Youngs Success^ Containing three hundred & twenty four Acres to the only proper use & behoofe of them the said Edward Young & James Young their Heirs & Assignes for Ever to be Equally divided between them only under this restriction that his Son James shall have the first Choice he having Cleared part of the Land And as for & Concerning the said other two tracts of |
