9) Ex.d Maryland fs.t Know all men by these Presents that We Daniel Dulany and Charles Carroll of the City of Annapolis for and in Consideration of the sum of Eight one pounds Sterl to us in hand paid the Receipt Whereof we do hereby Acknowledge have Sold & by these Presents Do sell Assign and Sett over Margarett Moore and Mord.a Moore of AnnArrundell County all such parts of the Household furniture of Rich.d Hill as were Conveyed to John Galloway & by him Transferd to us the Particulars whereof are as follows Viz.t One Silver Coffee Pot one Silver Teapot one Silver Milk Pot Two Silver Tankards Two half pint Cans Ten Table spoons Six teaspoons Tongs & Strainer Ten feather Beds and furniture Six flock Beds & furniture Eighteen Iron pots two Brass kettles two Large bellmettle skillets Twenty four Chairs Six other Chairs four Large Looking Glasses a Copper Still & worm To have and to hold all & Singular the said Goods to the said Margarett & Mord.a Moore their heirs and Assigns to their Own proper Use and behoofe In Witness Whereof we hereunto sett our hands & seals this 31.st Day of Xber 1737 Sealed & Delivered in the presence of D Dulany Seale Tho.s Addison (witness to M.r Dulanys signing Sealed & d.d) by Charles Carroll in presence of George Thorpe C Carroll Seale 2 1/2 sides Recorded Oct Novemb.r y.e 1.st 1737 Ex.d This Indenture made the Eleventh Day of November in the Year of our Lord One thousand Seven hundred & thirty Seven & in the twenty third Year of his Lordships Dominion &c Between John Young of Ann Arundell County in the Province of Maryland Planter of the one Part & Henry Young Edward Young Sewall Young James Young & Joshua Young all of the af.d County & Province (Sons of the said John Young) of the other Part |
