       These Presents hath good Right and Lawfull Authority to Sell and
       Convey the said hereby parcell of Granted Land with the Appurtenances and
       the said Sabritt Sollers his heirs and Assigns shall and may for Ever
       hereafter have hold and peaceably possess and Enjoy the said Land and
       Premisses (Except as before Excepted) without any Interruption or hindrance
       of her the said Mary Talbot her heirs Ex.rs Adm.rs or Assigns and
       that the same is free and Clear from all Incumbrances whatsoever (Except
       as afd) and the said Mary Talbot for herself her heirs Ex.rs and Adm.rs
       Doth by these Presents further covenant and agree to and with the said
       Sabritt Sollers his heirs and assigns that she the said Mary Talbott
       her heirs Executors and Adm.rs from time to time and at all times for ever
       here after shall and will warrant and Defend the said parcel of Land & Premisses
       with their and every of their appurtenances (except as afs.d Excepted) of
       from and against any Claim Title Interest or Demand of her the s.d Mary
       Talbot her heirs Executors and Adm.rs and all or any other person or persons
       whatsoever Claiming or to Claim from by or under her or them or either of them
       unto him the said Sabritt Sollers his heirs and assigns for ever as af.d The
       Rents and services hereafter to grow due to the Lord Prop.ry or other Cheif Lord
       or Lords of the Premisses also Excepted and foreprized and that she the said
       Mary Talbott shall and will at any time or times within Seven Years
       Execute any further or other Conveyance that shall be reasonably advised
       Devised or required by the said Sabritt Sollers his heirs or assigns being
       at his or their own proper Costs and Charge and so that such other Deed to
       be Executed shall not extend to make a Title for any More of the aforesaid
       Tract than what is hereby Intended In Witness whereof the said Mary
       Talbott hath hereunto sett her hand and Seal The Day and Year first
       above written
       Sealed and Delivered                              Mary seal Talbott
       In the presence of
          John Smith               On the Back of the foregoing Deed of
          Sam.l Wallis             Sale was written as follows Viz.t


                      Memorand.m That on the 19.th Day of July Anno Dom 1732
       came before me the subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial
       Court of Maryland the within Named Mary Talbott and Acknowledged the
       within written Indenture to be her Act and Deed and the Lands and Premisses
       within Mentioned to be the Right of the within Named Sabritt Sollers
       his heirs and assigns for ever according to the True Intent purport & meaning
       of the same Indenture and at the same time Desired the same Might be
       Recorded In Testimony whereof I have hereunto subscribed my Name the Day
       and year aforesaid   above said
