91 South seventy five Degrees West forty perches then North Three hundred and Twenty perches then East North East One hundred and seventy perches then by a Direct Line to the first boundary Containing and then Laid out for Six hundred and twenty five acres of Land More or less according to the Certificate of Survey thereof Together with all Rights Profits benefits and priviledges thereunto belonging (Royal Mines Excepted) To have and to hold the same unto her the said Mary Talbot her heirs and Assigns for Ever as in and by the said Recited Grant or Patent relation being thereunto had may More fully and at Large appear Now This Indenture further Witnesseth that the said Mary Talbot for and in consideration of the full & just Quantity of fifteen Thousand pounds of good Tobacco to her late Husband John Talbot Deceased by the said Sabritt Sollers well and Truly paid before the Decease of her said husband the Receipt whereof the said John Talbot in his Life and the said Mary since his Decease did and Doth acknowledge and the said Mary doth hereby for her self freely Clearly and Absolutely Acquit Exonerate and Discharge the said Sabrit Sollers his heirs Execut.rs and Adm.rs of and from the same as also for Divers other good Causes and weighty Considerations her the said Mary Talbot thereunto especially Moving hath Granted Bargained and Sold and by these Presents Doth Grant and Bargain & Sell unto the said Sabritt Sollers all that the afd Tract of Land called Mary's Plains as aforesaid and Containing Six hundred and twenty five acres of Land More or less as afd (always excepting and reserving thereof and thereout of the said Tract of Land and Premisses One hundred and fifty Acres of Land and Premisses part thereof heretofore sold and Conveyed unto William Parrish Contained within these Meets and bounds that is to say Beginning at a Cedar post set up at the end of the South Eighty five Deg.rs Westerly Course of the Orriginal Tract and running thence with the line of the said Tract South forty four perches thence Continuing with the line of the said Tract South thirty four Degrees West Eighty Six perches thence Still with the said Tract South seventy five Degrees West forty perches thence running still with the said Land North three hundred and twenty Perches thence still with the said Tract East North East seventy four pches thence with a straight Line to the first Mentioned Cedar Post Conta^in^ing by Computation One hundred and fifty acres as afs.d) Together with all buildings and Improvements and also all profits and appurtenances thereunto belonging and appertaining To have and to hold all and singular the Premisses with the appurtenances (Except as before Excepted) to him the said Sabritt Sollers his heirs and assigns for ever and the said Mary Talbott for her self her heirs Executors and Adm.rs doth hereby Covenant and Agree to and with the said Sabritt Sollers his heirs and assigns that She the said Mary Talbott at the time of the ensealing and Delivery of (these) |
